SHIPPING POLICY -

Thank you for visiting and shopping with us here at Fuzzy Creek. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

We currently only ship within the US, Canada and the U.K. at this time.

Shipping Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 24-36 hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Most orders placed prior to 12pm CST Mon-Fri will be shipped same day, orders after 12pm CST may be shipped the following morning or business day.
US Orders typically arrive between two to seven business days depending on type, weight and location of shipment. Canada and U.K. orders can take up to fifteen days depending on customs.

"Free Shipping" on orders over $39 will be shipped using the most economical method. The free shipping code FREESHIP39 must be used at checkout to avoid shipping charges. (free shipping only valid for US residents)

If inclement weather is in your area at the time of shipment, your items may be delayed. Please check the tracking number of your order for updates and delays from USPS.

Shipping Methods:
We currently use USPS First Class, USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail and UPS. All international orders are shipped according to destination.

Shipment Tracking:
Upon placing an order, an email or text message, depending on your method of communication, will be sent with the details, costs and tracking number of your order. If you didn't receive this message please contact us at support@fuzzycreekpetsupplies.com and we will be happy to resend the information to you.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs vary and are based on location and method of transit (first class, ground advantage, priority), as well as weight and size of the items purchased. Details about shipping charges are shown in checkout prior to completing your purchase.

Local Delivery:
We offer free local delivery to residents of Pflugerville, Texas. During checkout choose local delivery to have your purchase delivered to your home or business at no charge. (minimum purchase of $10)
